We have two NBA games and one NFL game today. That is right, we are more than just basketball. We are also going to be picking every NFL game moving forward. Let’s get to the picks!

NBA:

Milwaukee at Philadelphia (-4):

This line is surprising to us. The Bucks are the favorite to win the NBA title, but they are underdogs in their first game. Also, what a start for Philadelphia, having to play Boston and Milwaukee in their first two games. We think this will be a high scoring game, but we are going to take the Bucks to not only cover, but to win. Pick: Milwaukee 129 Philadelphia 122

Los Angeles Clippers (-5.5) at Los Angeles Lakers:

The first battle of Los Angeles has the Clippers as a five point favorite over the Lakers. That isn’t high enough. With Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and John Wall, big things are expected of the Clippers this year. The Lakers are disjointed as all hell, so give us the Clippers to win big here. Pick: Los Angeles Clippers 127 Los Angeles Lakers 111

NFL:

New Orleans Saints at Arizona Cardinals (-2.5):

We have a battle of 2-4 teams on Thursday night as the Saints head to the desert to play the Cardinals. Arizona is getting Deandre Hopkins back after a six game suspension, so Kyler Murray will have his number one option out there for the first time this season. Meanwhile, the Saints are either gong to have Jameis Winston or Andy Dalton at quarterback, although we expect a big does of Taysom Hill in this game. We don’t trust any of those quarterbacks, but we really don’t like Kyler Murray. He is small, inaccurate, and an absolute head case. Give us the Saints to come out with a win on the road. Pick: New Orleans 31 Arizona 23

Happy Picking Everyone!
